How do I communicate with renters/hosts?

One of Poppir's Community Guidelines is communication. It's important to respond to booking inquiries within 24 hours. Before you confirm or request a booking, get to know your prospective renter or host. You can do this through messaging or reading their profile.
Responding to Brands
Every time a guest reaches out it's important that you respond quickly. Timely responses show renters/hosts that you’re attentive and considerate.
Before your Renter arrives
When you have a confirmed booking that's about to begin, you should communicate with your renter/host shortly before arrival. Exchange contact information and share important details.
If something about your listing has changed since the time you confirmed a booking, communicate it in advance.
