We understand that unexpected things happen and you can't avoid cancelling a confirmed booking. Here are some things to keep in mind:
- Communicate cancellations immediately.
- You'll need to cancel the reservation within Poppir to initiate the refund process.
- Contact support@poppir.com if you need special mediation.
