Per our terms and conditions, section 2 of the Duties of the Host states that when a reservation is confirmed and paid for by a Brand that this reservation shall be honored.
If a double booking occurs it is the Host's responsibility to re-schedule the booking that overlaps with the confirmed booking made via Poppir.
Reservation cancellations will be reviewed on a per-case basis, but bookings should only be canceled by the Host because of an Act of God (natural disaster, personal tragedy, i.e. death, etc.).
Cancellations on Poppir are a breach of agreement and the Host's account may be suspended or removed from Poppir.com.
